At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
This isnt a knock on the employees at this location but at all Truist banks there is only 1 or 2 tellers to manage inside and out. Most importantly there use to be a couple bankers, loan officers and a notary on hand and now when you go inside they only have 1 person usually to manage concerns. It really has turned in to a DMV in terms of waiting. 1 office open all the rest, lights out! Bad for business! My question is have all banks done this?
