- JCJorma ComazziDec 23, 20251.0Every time I visit this branch I have had a bad experience. The ATM machine is out of order half of the time and you have to wait forever to talk to a teller. I was 1st in line at the second drive through lane. Another customer was already being helped at the first window, when I pulled up. I waited 13 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I just wanted to withdraw some money from my account. This took approximately 20 minutes. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this branch. I have been a customer of BBT/Sun Trust for over 25 years. They were great banks; however after merging, Truist is horrible. It isn't just this branch. Most of their ATM machines never work. I will be moving my accounts to my credit union.

It's 4:00 and the line for the drive thru had 8 car...I think no problem I'll just go in....I go in and stand for a couple minutes and only one person is helping at the counter....I ask the lady waiting in front of me if she had been helped and an employee basically shouted that she was going home....that is hands down the worst bank experience I have ever experienced. Could you imagine someone saying I'm not gonna help all these waiting people...I'm going home and doing it with a smile đ

After Iâve already been waiting like 10 minutes, Another customer walks in and goes straight to the counter where the teller immediately attends to them. How does that work? Itâs already long wait times which makes no sense.
