I didn’t catch her name but she was African american with short locs. Whatever they are paying her isn’t enough! Very good customer service

She was disputing it at the time. So my money was gone. Smh. Getting ready to close my account. This is wrong. They get there money from my from direct deposit. But they treating my like a #. Smh goodbye.
