Two emploees and the manager were extremely rude. One employee lied to the manager. The manager took the employee's side.

Nothing about this location specifically! But Something needs to be done about peoples accounts constantly going negative when you transfer the funds over to make purchases i did so as normal yesterday and this morning i check my account and its -177 and of course when i called the line to speak to a rep all they could say was some places do holds etc which still doesn’t make sense bc again the money would have already been there if moved over for transaction the app needs to be updated to show them as pending and not processed if that’s the case

I have been a long time customer of the SECU and when my account got into a “hick” I went to the branch I normally deal with and for the matter straight- however I received a correspondence relating to it from Muir’s Chapel Road and spoke with Alex - Alex was rude and very short with me and hung up the phone before I could finish he called me back and when I returned my call he was still very short - I called back later that day to speak with the manager and was told since it was the end of the day he was not available without asking what my call was relating to - I may not have millions in the bank but as a customer I should be treated with the same respect
