- TYTaygerin YoungAug 8, 20251.0For the first time I experienced horrible customer service at this location. When I arrived I went straight to a teller which was one in training. I presented two checks both from the same company. One deposit and the other one cash. The trainer took the checks and keep looking at then for about five minutes, I ask is anything wrong, her comment was I'm just doing my do diligence after another 2mins she gets up and go to the back never said a word. Stayed back there for about another 5 to 6 mins. I ask did you have to call to make sure the were ok, she says oh no I just couldn't find them in my system, so we had to look at your account and check your transaction history. Her whole attitude was very dismissive. SEC let's do better.
