He was polite but I informed him that I meed to speak to a supervisor due to being mis-informed. She was very rude and nasty. I told gave her the whole run down of what had happened. When I told her to look into something things she did not want too and then in the end kept putting it back on me. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO COME HERE
