- SWSabrina WilsonAug 28, 20251.0I am definitely thinking of going to another bank with my money. I am a caregiver to a hanicap client. While sitting in the employees parking lot the security or police officer addressed me and ask why am I hear. I have parked in this area due to it bei g closer to the drive through. I have a handicap sticker hanging up as well. He then told me I could park in the front entrance. I told explained to him why I parked there. He has seen us coming in has seen me struggling with my client did not open the door or not offer assistance. Very rude!!!!!!!!!

Kiana answered all of my questions and returned my calls in an excellent time frame. She is very knowledgeable and everything was a QUICK turn around. Our closing literally took 7mins and that's mostly because I was joking around. Please see Kiana if you are ever in the SECU (Murrow Blvd. area) for services. This location is so nice and welcoming anyway. You walk in and Holiday music is playing, you're greeted with warm welcomes! I will always do business at this location.

When I first walked into the bank I was seated & noticed none of the ladies had clients in their office..so it bothered me I had to sit so long with no help. Mr. Brown had just walked in the office and immediately invited me into his office & I Thank God I got him. He was extremely professional, understanding & a absolute delight to work with. He went above and beyond to help me through my loan process & made the whole process easy. I would recommend him to anyone any day. Thank you Mr. Brown.
