This last time when it opened up the wind blew all of my money out and I literally had to run around in the parking lot to chase several $100 bills. This is truly unacceptable for this trash equipment. Would i have been reimbursed by the bank had I not been able to recover my hard earned money because of the malfunctions of their machines? I'm so outdone

Special mention needs to be made of Foram, as well - she is a stellar teller, remembering our names and usual needs, and going the extra mile in every way in the months that we've been going here. Good branch and great people!
- NGNancy GrahamOct 16, 20151.0Awful experience. Had a unique situation regarding a members paycheck that did not get direct deposited. As the employees employer I felt I needed to get the check deposited into his wife's account. (which is where he had his direct deposit coded to go) They were out of town for their anniversary and it was my responsibility to get the money in their account. Beth at their branch in Mt Airy was extremely helpful in researching to find out why the money was not deposited. I went to the branch on New Garden Road in Greensboro with check in hand, where I was met by a prissy female manager who did not take the time to let me explain what I was trying to do. She just said it couldn't be done. She did not even try to help me resolve this situation. I proceeded to my bank where I cashed his check and took the check back to the New Garden location and they gladly took the cash. No star was not an option!
