At another location, the same process took only five minutes, but here it took over 45 minutes—only for them to tell me in the end that they couldn’t do it. This isn’t my first bad experience with this branch, and it seems like there’s a serious lack of professionalism and training among the staff. Very frustrating and unacceptable service.
