- AVA VANDERLINDENApr 21, 20255.0I have been dealing with FCB for many years and have dealt with several branches. Many branches are typical of what you can expect from a mega-bank, but not this one. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received at this branch. The appointments are punctual, I have never had to wait when making an appointment. Paperwork is very often prepared ahead of time so I do not waste time, which is important to me. I often get in and out in minutes. I can not say enough about the excellent service from the manager Ramona Byrd. Not only has she always facilitated the transactions for my business, she has often recommended and implemented real solutions to some of the issues facing my accounts. This branch's customer service is top notch!
