- TTtherotaryrocket6 days ago1.0If they cannot even manage to turn off a BLARING LOUD ANNOYING malfunctioning ATM alarm for 18 hours then do you really trust them with anything else? It's a reflection of the managers, whom are responsible in part for maintenance and basic emergency situations. If this becomes a problem again legal action will be pursued.

They was taking it out the money market and got my money all mixed up now they don’t wanna have nothing to do with me, so I just refuse to have any dealers with them anymore. They are. They are not a good bank to deal with.

It's nice to speak to someone at the branch instead of a call center! Elm St staff is always kind and knowledgeable with good customer service. I've been with 1st Citizens for many years and never once had a negative experience. If you buy local, may as well bank local too.
