- KLKim LitardoJul 31, 20231.0So I go to the banks ATM today to deposit money at there ATM in there drive thru, I deposit $560.00 an the ATM gives me a receipt saying it had a problem giving me back my money, I immediately go to the drive thru window an tell them there ATM just took my $560! I get told we can't help you we dnt own that ATM call the 800 number on your card, I call them give them all the info then get told it will take 7 to 10 days to see if I get my money back!!!!!I put that money in the bank today so I can pay my rent which is due on the 3rd, after that I get charged $60 a day for late fees then after 6 days have to go to court. But does this bank care ? No they do not. But I will say this if I do not get my money back I will file a police report an take them to court. To some people that's not a lot of money, but for me it is. I will definitely be looking for another bank that does not steal your money!
