- NMNicole MccormickMay 1, 20251.0Would never bank with you guys. I went to first american bank to drawl out money. The total was 403.00. The atm sounded liked it started to count the money then spit out a receipt that said could not dispense bills. Went into to the branch when it opened the teller couldn't get into the apex program to check the ATM. The only person who could did not come in until 10.30. I asked her if they could check cameras or count the ATM for a overage or could a manager do it she said no. As I am standing there I didn't realize the manager was up front before doing a personal favor to his friend and paying on her account. After sitting there for like a hr I was told I need to call navy federal to dispute it. We'll apparently navy federal could do there job and said even though it was pending it was reveresd and I should get it back in 2 days. She told me that there should been someone there on staff that could got in the system there prob something wrong with there ATM. Lastly before I left a woman was trying to deposit a saving bond she noticed it was wrong the percentage was 6 percent not 8. The lady said I just put it in the system reversed it . The lady told her she would be back with the paper that said 8 percent. This bank is in greensboro nc on lawndale do not bank with this bank.
