- CSchris spauldingAug 19, 20251.0Sitting here waiting for a banker to assist me. One of the bankers is clearly working really hard to resolve a difficult problem with a client. The second Banker, Gladys, has been chatting with a customer since I arrived, more than 20 minutes. The customer finally says “let’s get down to business” and then they start dealing with her banking issue. I understand the important of customer service and customer relations. This was not that. The service at this branch has been lacking for a few years now. This is the final straw for me. We wanted to use a local bank, but not for this kind of service. We will be closing our accounts here shortly and moving on. Save yourself the headache. The Lawndale branch is terrific never had this kind of experience there. They have gone above and beyond. I’m leaving to go there now. Ridiculous.
