Alicia was helping us get a vehicle loan. Told us that she needed to run some numbers on the calculator but she does not do it every day that she would need help from a coworker. It was 4:30 and the bank closes at 5:30. Instead of trying to figure it out then she told us to give it a day or two and they would call us. Next day no call. Day two no call, so my husband called 5 times throughout the day. Each time was told she’s on lunch, in a meeting, or voicemail. What a waste of two days. Sounds to me like if you can’t do numbers on a calculator you shouldn’t have a job at a bank. Customer service sucks. Alicia is under qualified and not professional. A member should not have to wait two days for an answer about a loan.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I do not have to drive all the way to Salisbury anymore. This bank never seems busy anytime I have been not sure why they built it.
Tried to call to find and answer and got sent to a call center instead who asks you which bank location you are trying to reach. Thats not good service at all! Once getting through to the bank someone said she would have a person call me back and no one ever did.
I haven't been inside just went through the drive thru first time had issues making a payment. I guess because they were new. Second time no issues but the person wasn't that friendly. Driving all the way to Salisbury for people who recognize your face and know who you are is worth it rather than going here!
I feel like the credit union as a company in general could do better they refuse to let you have an account unless your a state employee or related to someone who is. But refuse to let you even if you have a parent who passed away that was an had an account with them for years thats still in the system!
