- KSKylie SetzerSep 3, 20241.0If I could make this review a zero star I would. Never in the many years that my grandmother has used this bank has she had a problem. Now after all these years of no problems today was by far the worst experience with any bank I've ever had to deal with. My grandmother will be using a new bank from this point forward. The women at the drive thru part are rude and useless. I will definitely be telling all the people I know to stop banking with them and to never use them if they haven't already.
