- NGNathan GatesApr 15, 20241.0ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER HAD. WE OWN MULTIPLE BUSINESSES AND USUALLY USE A DIFFERENT BANK. WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS BANK OUT BECAUSE IT IS CLOSER AND MORE CONVEINENT. TALKED TO THOMAS ON THE PHONE AND GAVE HIM THE NAME OF MY BUSINESS PARTNER (WHO IS ALREADY A MEMBER OF THIS BANK) AND EXPLAINED WE NEEDED TO GET A CASH PULL FOR OUR BUSINESS. WE STARTED OFF SMALL WITH A MEASLEY 5K, AND START A RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS BANK AND HE WAS ALL NICE AND TALKED ANBOUT A BUSINESS ACCT AND WAS ALL GOOD., THEN SHE GETS THERE AND HE(THOMAS) BLATANTLY LIES AND SAID HE TOLD ME INFO OVER THE PHONE WHICH HE DID NOT. I GAVE THE NAME AND THE AMOUNT WE NEEDED OVER THE PHONE AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE, THEN GOT THERE AND COMPLETELY LIED AND WASTED OUR TIME. WE DO MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN SALES EVERY YEAR THRU OUR MULTIPLE COMPANIES AND THEY ACTED SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CHILDISH! MY POINT BEING THIS IS THE WORST, CHILDISH, IMMATURE, LYING, WASTE OF TIME "BANK" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AND THEY LOST OUT ON A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF BUSINESS BECAUSE OF IT. AND THOMAS IS JUST A JOKE OF AN ASSOCIATE. HE IS A LIAR, TWO FACED, HIDE BEHIND OTHER PPL DISGRACE OF AN EMPLOYEE. I WILL PUT OUT A WORD TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS HORRIBLE JOKE OF A PLACE.
- DDDevinMay 7, 20231.0I was given a preapproval letter for a mortgage. When it came time to close they could not figure out why my DTI was too high. It took them 7 days to figure out that they had placed 2 car loans on my application while I only had 1. They delayed my closing date twice, I will have to pay thousands for an Airbnb while I wait for the pushed closing date, and they refuse to provide compensation for their mistake. This is absolutely unacceptable and immoral for a company of this size to not pony up for a mistake they had made.
