  Absolutely useless when protecting your acct from being hacked AND PUTTING YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO EVER. MOVE YOUR ACCTS TO A LOCAL BANK WHERE YOU HAVE A LOCAL PERSON THAT KNOWS AND CARES FOR YOU. The quicker you move your accts, the better.

  Dear Wells Fargo Upper Management, I’m writing to share some feedback regarding a recent experience I had while trying to assist my parents with their banking needs. I placed a call to the Wells Fargo branch in Graham, NC, where my parents handle all their transactions. When the branch manager answered, I explained the situation and asked for help. Unfortunately, I was told that she could not look up my parents’ information or transactions and that I would need to be transferred to another branch for assistance. This response felt disappointing and not reflective of the level of customer service I’ve come to expect. I then asked if I could be transferred to Jonathan Vargas, who has previously helped me with outstanding professionalism—both over the phone and in person. I was told that he would not be in this week. When I asked for clarification on when he would return, I was met with a curt, “I just told you he’s not in this week.” At that point, I politely ended the call. Still needing assistance, I called back hoping for a better experience—and I received just that. Justin Walker answered the phone and handled the situation with care, efficiency, and excellent service. His demeanor immediately restored my confidence. Both Justin Walker and Jonathan Vargas have consistently demonstrated exceptional customer service. They take the time to understand and resolve issues with professionalism and kindness. Individuals like them make a true difference, and I believe they deserve recognition—and, quite frankly, a raise. I only wish I could say the same about the branch manager who first answered my call.   If I could give this establishment a 0 for customer service, I would. This time I am reaching out to corporate. The notarizer that was working today, he needs to go back to training classes because today was unacceptable.

  Slow, especially for business customers with simple deposits. Tellers lack focus and efficiency. Management just stands around.
