I walked in and there was one teller for the lobby and one for drive through. I was the only person in line, in plain view of both employees. I stood there for several minutes without a hello or any kind of acknowledgement so I left. Not great.

I was with BB&T for 20+ years and had no issues, after the merger....I started having money missing from my account. I visited the Graham branch (May 2025) to see if they could help me or explain where my money was going missing from my Checking. The guy that I talked to had no interest in helping me, or even keeping me as a customer. I explained that there were 5 times that different amounts of money had vanished from my account over the past 60 days and there were no transactions showing in the account to explain where it went. He suggested that I go back through my check register and "do the math" like I hadn't already done that before walking into the local branch to ask where my money is??? I'm done with Truist.....I have switched my accounts and moved on but posting this as a warning to others. I don't know what happened after the merger, but they are robbing people blind. If you are banking with Truist, I highly recommend getting out ASAP. This could happen to you. I would give them less than 1 star if it was possible.
