- DDDennisJun 29, 20251.0I have never in my life known a company that worked so hard to keep its customers OUT of its business. Every time I go in this branch, I'm accosted by someone trying to push online banking on me. Either that or trying to get me to do my transactions at the ATM machine. I do both but there are times when I need to go inside the bank to conduct a physical transaction. They have reduced the number of tellers and when you do make it to the front of the line it takes the teller much longer than it should to process your transaction. My final straw with this company is that they have doubled the cost of paper checks. I used to get four books for $30 and now it's two books for the same price. ($30 for 60 paper checks) And I know what they're doing; they are driving up the cost of checks in order to force you to go paperless. Congratulations Wells Fargo, you have driven away a 40+ year customer. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I will begin the process of transferring to another banking company. Good riddance.
