7/15/25-Only 1 Teller at the window and only 1 Teller working the front. They had 1 Employee assisting ladies that had been there since I arrived. The line was 6 people, when I finally got to the counter, told the Teller what was needed. The rest of the Employee were in TRAINING with notices posted on every door. The Teller helped with half of what was needed but sent a text or message to the Employee who was standing at the copier. The Teller told my mother and I to go over and let her know that we needed to be seen. When I walked over to the Employee, she was talking to another employee and then immediately went to the counter and started assisting the customers in line.
I have never been to a bank that has POOR Customer Service. I was in the bank for just shy of an hour and still didn't get what banking was needed done. If this is how Truist conducts business, then maybe my accounts need to be taken to a bank that appreciates their customers and has Customer Service. Strongly recommend taking your business somewhere else that has Employees that respect their bankers and not treat them as if they are 2nd class. Maybe when Millions start being taken out of the accounts/bank then maybe Upper Management will open their eyes and make some changes with their Employees and Policies.

Four people waiting in line inside the branch, 3 counter tellers and only one had a customer. I walked in, was not greeted by anyone and then a 2nd cust walked in behind me and he was still not greeted. So total of six cust"s in line, three counter tellers only one cust being waited. I understand if the tellers were busy and temp unavail but they still could have acknowledged we were all waiting and they would be with us momentarily. Customer service is not their top priority. At least it was not today.
