- JKJailyn KornegayDec 22, 20253.0Usually have no issue with this bank . However something happened where I got hacked and trying to get my money back and a new card and this lady was so rude . Must be having a bad day. When I called again , I talked to a different lady and she helped me no problem. It didn’t even take a full minute and the issue was resolved .

They treat my wife and I like family, and when others said no Brittney Massey at SECU gave us a shot and we never let them down since. They have helped us in so many ways and never doubted us. They make everything easy and explain everything in detail without even asking. This Credit Union has bent over backwards for us and took the time with our needs and concerns. Thank you all so much!!!!
