- ASAlexis ShaferSep 29, 20251.0Came here to cash a check & since I didn’t have an account with them the Hispanic young lady with the orange dress & white cardigan on 9/29/25 was DISRESPECTFUL! She thought I didn’t need to be helped with cashing a check and that she wouldn’t do it because she doesn’t think someone without an account should be getting anything from here! Will never RETURN here or even think about opening an account here. She needs retrained on customer service skills because she failed today!

I said Belmont branch does and she said you need to go to Belmont. Terrible response, I have checking, savings and mortgage with Wells.
- PRPete RhewJun 29, 20191.0Please if you’re looking for a bank, run away from these guys as fast as you can. I have been with them since 1988 and it’s only getting worse. It’s people like me that have kept them going, no matter how bad they have treated me in the past. Terrible customer service and policies. I’m moving my accounts to BB&T but I would advise anyone else but Wells Fargo. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star because that would imply they have some redeeming qualities and they do not!
