She is very rude and abrupt doesnt let anyone finish what they are saying. She either needs to be restrained or needs to be removed from her position of helping customers because she is not the one.

They are a for profit bank and could care less about the people who are keeping them in business. They just want your money even if you don't have it. They will take and take from your account until you over draft a billion times and then now owe them money. Think your student account is safe because they said they don't charge them? Think again.
