It's a Friday afternoon so I understand why there was a wait but after I was told to sit down to speak with a banker, a couple walks in the door and the banker walks out to assist them. I was there first and he knew that I was in his que because he walked up to me and told me that I would have to come back in an hour or wait for Kevin to help because he only had 10 minutes and was going to help the couple. I politely left. That account is now closed and they will NEVER receive any business from me.
