Terrible customer service. I see why this branch is a 2.3 star. Two women, not of the name Kira have terrible attitudes, clearly do not want to be working around people and shouldn’t be.

I paid on my credit card religiously and on time. I made bigger payments to pay it off and they said I was out of sequence.. it scares me the money I have in a checking account what can they do to me there. My problem was corrected and I happy with them. The one thing that has that I have learned from Truist Bank is classism is more real than racism. If somebody pulls up in a new car and looks richer, they will wait on them first. I have had a bad experience as a white female that I will never forget..

By far the best bank I've been to in NC!! The employees are super nice, helpful, professional & THERE in person to actually run the bank plus it's really nice & inviting inside as well as out. Not sure why other banks are phasing out their employee base but I know if you walk into one you feel like they're short handed because of it & it sucks!! BB&T still values people, their needs & deserve the customers. I'd never give credit where it isn't due, kudos ladies of BB&T!!
