Teller told me they’d never seen our business before so basically she is not taking week Hold off our check. I had explained it’s because we live in KM and that branch wasn’t open, have a great relationship with trust and they always take our holds off because we depend on consistent and quick cash flow to buy parts for our contractors and customers and be able to complete the job. We are a newer business but have great banking history with truist over the past year. Teller was super rude and told us because she’d never seen our business before she wouldn’t deposit our check because it may bounce and that wasn’t going under her number. Sent me our check back through the shoot and said nothing else.
