Trinity was amazing! I had a nightmare trying to recover bank statements from a closed account that I needed to confirm some expenses for Business related purposes. Trinity spent multiple times with me on the phone solve my problem after getting the runaround about 10 times from other people. She took the initiative and called me back at your stating she would call me back, which just doesn’t happen often, from my experience, in corporate businesses. I’d also like to mention that every at the branch was super nice! Keep it up!

I opened a business account here along with a business credit card. I later closed everything in person and asked for the credit card to be cancelled. The card did not get cancelled and an autorenewal was charged to the card. I started getting letters that I owed $20.31. I called and after being passed around for 20 minutes I finally found someone that said I had to pay the amount and also had to do it with a check or in person. She at least assured me the card was cancelled this time. I mailed a check that day that was cashed a few days later. I later get another letter that I owed $20.64. I called again and after being passed around 4 times (starting over with all the info every single time), I talked to someone that told me that a finance charge for $0.32 had been applied before the check was cashed and I had to go to a local branch or mail a check for 32 cents. I asked if that could be dropped and the manager there refused to drop the 32 cents. I still have to drive to a branch and pay this charge. This bank is unorganized, and the customer experience is terrible. I wish I could give it less than 1 star. If you are considering this bank, I would recommend finding another option.

So they mixes all the chargers and made my account over daft.. They of course said some was pending.. On my texts that goes to my account never said it till they mixed up the way my money was spend.. It was 388 dollars they stold.. I when back and showed them on my alerts threw my phone in the order it was spent .. It didn't matter to these theft they don't care if you got kids to feed or not..I will be going to open account some where elses.. Causes Lords knows I don't need a bank stealing money off me.. Who ever banks with this bank keep eye on your money because this bank don't do anything but steal off people. A blonde headed lady with moles on her face was very rude. She didn't mind stealing money and didn't even try to help.. Bet it's in her account now get a new face with my money since this bank steals money..
