This is hands down the best bank I've ever started an account with. I suggest anyone that wants to open an account to come here because you will not be disappointed.

This time was especially awesome because of Jamie at the Cox Rd branch in Gastonia, NC. Jamie was SUPER patient and consistent with the entire process. Any questions, any concerns (and I know I can be high maintenance) Jamie responded via email right away! Get this, she’d even PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL when she needed a piece of information. That’s SUCH a big deal for me as most try to avoid making phone calls to their clients. It really showed me her dedication. I had a preapproval letter within hours. We also went under contract with one home, but found a better and cheaper home which resulted in terminating one contract and entering another. Jamie said “no problem…that’s easy. Just send me the new contract and I’ll take care of everything for you.” It was done in 2 days. She gave me my direct contact with underwriting and continued to check on me through that process (as it can be stressful). She made sure all went smoothly. Jamie is AWESOME! If you want a solid broker who knows what’s she’s doing and QUICK, USE JAMIE!
