She happened to called me today. She was RUDE and confrontational. And VERY forceful. I am SO unhappy about this that I WILL be complaining about her. If they want more customers they need to hire someone that isn’t miserable ! It’s not just ONE day she’s consistently rude EVERYtime I’ve encountered her. VERY unprofessional. If they have a corporate office i will be reporting her. I will not stop until she’s reprimanded!!
