His ex wife not only gets to keep being well over 90 days late without any repercussions (she’s co signer btw) and now come to find out Regional Acceptance has let her sign an extension paper with his name on it, NOT HIS SIGNATURE for another extension, this has happened several times. They told him they were looking out for the best interest of the loan, so Screw the customer right?! He’s asked for this vehicle to be picked up several times and they refuse unless they both agree. Why would she agree when she’s driving around in a FREE car you won’t pick up?!
