    ❗️Wells Fargo Bank- 1301 5th Ave, Garner, NC 27529 count your days❗️ Yesterday (7/10) I arrived at 4:52 with my 6 y/o son to cash a check. I was greeted by one male worker then I proceeded to the counter where three employees (2 male /1 female) were working. 1 of the male employees was waiting on a customer. I’m standing with my son looking and waiting patiently to be helped next. Now it is 4:58 and the female bank teller begins to assist me. I hand her my ID and she immediately states she needs a second form of ID since I don’t bank with them. I was fine with providing the second form of ID but I left my purse in my car so I tell my son to run back and get it. She states no. It’s 5. We are closed. So then I tell her I arrived to the bank in adequate amount of time where I could have went back to my car for my purse if I didn’t stand in line for 6 minutes waiting on them and I needed my check cashed. So then the teller states my son can’t come back in and I asked why not if the other employee holds the door for him? Also I was fine with him not coming back inside the bank as long as he could stand in the lobby because it was hot outside. Long story short my baby goes to my car, grabs my purse but he was told he had to sit outside! Yes couldn’t just stand in the lobby but sit outside in the 95 degree weather until I was done. I was one upset mom! #WellsFargo

    The worst experience ever. Brandy allowed Alexander to cash my check into another person account after checking their Id. They should be fired. That’s fraud. Brandy tried to cover her mistakes by taking my ID and writing ID number on to the check which I never authorized. I only gave her my Id to prove identity. I then asked was Wells Fargo going to establish my check back and she said I would have to wait to receive my money back from a transaction that I never authorized. She then followed me out to my vehicle as if I was a criminal as I made the mistake. Being a business dealing with financial dealings mistakes like this should not happen and the ones that do happen like this are fraudulent.
