- TPTLynne PJan 5, 20261.0My father just passed away on December 21. My sister and I were there to close out his accounts and his safety deposit box. We were given such a hard time by Seema(I think that’s her name) about an appointment. She claimed the bankers had no available appointments, but the was literally no one in the lobby except two people in line and one that just walked in. She basically didn’t care and had us set up an appointment at another location. Also wants to charge us to have someone to come in to drill open the box due to my father misplacing the key. Not friendly at all! No customer service skills whatsoever! No compassion…Horrible service!

We also worked with a Miss Aaron and a Miss Erica who were exceptional. I wish we had more reasons to come into the bank because they are so friendly, professional, and extremely customer focused.

They all made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Always good to see these Amazing people at this branch.
