    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ David and Sam are absolutely amazing! Even though there’s a bank branch directly across from my job, I go out of my way to visit the one they work at—and it’s 100% worth it every time. Their warm smiles and friendly greetings always make my day. They’re professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, which makes every interaction smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find such consistent, outstanding customer service, but David and Sam deliver it every single time. They’re a true asset to the bank!

    No wonder why this bank has a very low rating. Tellers at the drive-through don't give you correct information about holds on checks, and / or the back office are not communicating with the tellers. Either way, their mistake just might cost me a house. Corporate is not any better for their part of this either. How can a single branch decide whose check gets held, and who's doesn't? Corporate, you should have control and final say in this matter. Once everything is said and done, my whole family will be closing our accounts with you. 0 Stars is my actual score rating for you, but it won't let me put 0 stars.
