Rather than write about the unbelievable five days I spent working on fraudulent charges placed on my credit card, instead, I will take a minute to Thank Will. He took one of the most frustrating of banking experiences, took charge of it, and resolved it. Excellent one on one customer service! Toast to Will! (Totally Outstanding Attitude, Service, and Talent)
