Well mrs.katlyn is not the best help .... really my opion about credit union in Fuquay-Varina is that ,most employees don't really want to help anyone BLACK at that branch, BUT WANT U TO DEPOSIT YOURMONEY THERE! The reason I say that is bc every time me or someone else I know if it's family or friend say that the employees act very racist ,give us hard times with any check cash, they will look at u like ur a criminal or out of place.Poor customer service!!!! I've been there for over 16 years .it takes me to have to visit another credit union just to get anything done, with no problem!I really wish that they would stop judging loans and credit line increase on color and just focus on JUST credit / source of income and depth. It's sad that people try holding u back even if u black and doing right . It suppose to be a place of business!someone really need to check into that place !!smh 😔 sad

This has been the most disappointing experience I’ve had with a bank or credit union. From the start, the representative who helped set up my account seemed distracted and did not pay attention to important details. She misspelled my name, the town I’m from, and other key information, details that are crucial, especially if you ever get locked out of your account. To make matters worse, I specifically requested a state employee account, but she opened a local government account instead. That was just my first interaction, and unfortunately, there have been several other issues since then. I won’t go into all the details here, but I strongly recommend choosing another bank, such as PNC, or honestly, almost any other institution. My experience here has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful.

I thought I would get good customer service after being a member for many years. The manager Chad doesn't care about you. I don't know what they are interested in but it's definitely a humiliating experience there. I am a large depositor and wouldn't think it would be that way. I'm going to withdraw my money.

Stephanie Earnest was very rude and treated me very disrespectful! I have been a member with SECU for over 30 years and never been treated this badly before. She was very unprofessional and didn’t even want to call another branch to help me with my situation. I will never go back to Fuquay branch again!
