- JJJackson JacksonOct 10, 20252.0Well mrs.katlyn is not the best help .... really my opion about credit union in Fuquay-Varina is that ,most employees don't really want to help anyone BLACK at that branch, BUT WANT U TO DEPOSIT YOURMONEY THERE! The reason I say that is bc every time me or someone else I know if it's family or friend say that the employees act very racist ,give us hard times with any check cash,they will look at u like ur a criminal or out of place.Poor customer service!!!! I've been there for over 16 years .it takes me to have to visit another credit union just to get anything done,with no problem!I really wish that they would stop judging loans and credit line increase on color and just focus on JUST credit / source of income and depth. It's sad that people try holding u back even if u black and doing right . It suppose to be a place of business!someone really need to check into that place !!smh 😔 sad

Twice dined only because I am not local government I will be closing my business with them.asap rather just hold my own funds some where else that actually values there clients!
