- CMc. m.Jan 25, 20245.0We needed to go to a Wells Fargo branch to take care of some business in person. Unfortunately there is not a Wells Fargo location anywhere near Knoxville, TN. When speaking with a representative in the main Wells Fargo line of the three nearest Wells Fargo locations, this one being the farthest away at 2 hours (the other two were about 1.5 hours), this location was the only one with an appointment available! However, the staff we dealt with when we arrived were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to take care of with what we were needing help.
- KMKelly McDuffMar 30, 20231.0Tried making an appointment to meet with a bank representative for a loan, HELOC or any other type of loan for a home renovation - the representative on the phone didn’t even know what a HELOC - (Home equity line of credit) was nor did she offer any assistance with any other type of loan. I was told “we aren’t doing those right now.” When I asked why not she replied “ I don’t know! That’s just what I was told by another banker!” and hung up. SERIOUSLY?! Are you faltering Wells Fargo??? We are done with you.
