The FC on 50 main Street erroneously deposited $7000 of someone else's money into my account. No one at the bank is taking any sort of responsibility for these or even admitting that it happened. I had to call corporate to get it sorted out because no one picks up the phone. Everyone here is grossly incompetent beware

Do not get involved with Patty. She will lead you on and BS you with all kinds of make believe dates that things will be done by. Then when the appraisal is over due twice, she will "expedite it" aka fixing their screw ups. Then you literally gotta wait for her to stroll into the office last to make her open emails that have been sitting in the in box for a "day or two". She couldn't have spent 5 minutes to read it to us the night before over the phone but shes a child and you have to hold her hand to do her job. So be ready for that.

I’ve been banking with this branch since 1994 they’ve changed names a few times. First Citizens is the worst one I’ve ever seen. They never answer the phone or return calls when a message is left. You go in and have to wait for customer service well over 30 plus minutes. I’ve been slowing moving all of my accounts to another bank, hoping to have it finished shortly. They also change polices without notification, we’ve never paid a service charge and they just started charging one.
