Meka, Courtney and Ashley stopped what they were doing to help and even called us after hours to check on us. I appreciate the staff at Franklin's Branch of First Bank and give them the highest of recommendations!!!

Mobile app hasn’t worked properly for 2 months they are aware and when deposits are declined because of the fact that the app isn’t working, they don’t care if their customer are inconvenienced with long drives. I didn’t open my account here my bank sold to them and I hate having to use them!
