I’ve been banking here since it was BB&T, over 20 years ago, and I’ve noticed a steady decline in service quality since the transition to Truist. The bank always appears understaffed and overworked, leading to long wait times for even the simplest transactions. Two weeks ago, I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes to make a simple cash deposit. Today, I stood in line inside for five minutes without moving at all before walking out. This issue clearly stems from corporate decisions prioritizing profits over both employees and customers. The hardworking staff are being stretched thin, likely underpaid, and exploited in a system driven by corporate greed. My frustration is not with the local employees, who do their best under these conditions, but with a systemic problem that needs to be addressed. Posting this review is not about bashing anyone—it’s about shedding light on an unacceptable experience that reflects poorly on the leadership of Truist as an organization.

You bullies get away with fractionalized banking & yet we still have to pay an $8 check cashing fee. Bloody tyrants.
