This idiot asked me who the lean holder was like if it wasn't this bank why else would I freaking be here?? Then he asked what the deductible was like he cant find all that out with the policy number I gave him. Then he proceeded to give me the phone number for the insurance company as if i don't already have that and told me to call them to find out the lean holder information WHICH HE ALSO WROTE DOWN FOR ME??! So I was so twisted by this dude giving me the run around that I just shook my head and walked out confused as hell. I'll go somewhere else. How did he even get that job?
