- TBT BApr 8, 20254.0I first received a credit card in my name (but my account is attached to my dad's account) several years ago. I never had any problems with First Citizens bank but my credit card's bar code (where you swipe the card) teared. My dad had ordered me a new credit card (that supposed to be in My Name) through online. When the credit card arrived 2 weeks later my dad had realized that the Bank had put my father's name on the credit card instead of mine. He called the bank and they apologized and said that they will fix the mistake. We received the "correct Credit card" and it finally has my name on the card. I had been waiting 4-5 weeks for a new card when I was originally been told 2 weeks. I will not be ordering new credit card online anymore

Convenience has removed the personal touch of banking.😥 Fortunately this First Citizens location has a convenient and easy to use ATM. The location at the corner of two well traveled highways is very convenient.👍
