- SSsarah swangimSep 5, 20251.0I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I arrived at the bank at 8:22 and patiently waited until opening at 8:30. Even though I was first in line, other cars pulled into the drive-through and were helped before me. I then waited another 10 minutes before receiving any service. What makes this even more frustrating is that every time I visit this location, the staff consistently come across as rude and unhappy. I understand everyone has tough days, but when it’s a repeated experience, it becomes concerning—especially in a customer-facing role. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and timely service. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the lack of positive customer service is the biggest issue with this branch.
