Needless to say I didn't get the information I needed from the young lady that answered the call. She was very unwelcoming and I feel like if she done this to me how many other customers have she been unwelcoming to. I feel like Lashay needs some more customer training. Don't know if I'm spelling her name correctly. But if I was a member I probably would be coming to close out my account but seeing that I'm not a member of Wells Fargo I definitely wouldn't become one now due to that young lady.
