They are extremely slow w/ no coordination amongst staff and seemingly unconcerned about lengthy wait times. Not an isolated incident...this is EVERY SINGLE VISIT TO THIS BRANCH! Absolutely awful! The only reason I come here every month is to make a simple deposit into a member's account and I kid you not, I expend no less than 40 min just to do that EVERY TIME regardless of day of the week/ time of day. This branch is seriously starving for true management refom and it is evident by the poor customer e experience. DO NOT BANK HERE...AT ALL!!
