    I was at the ATM yesterday had a man pull out a huge pistol and pointed it at me and my wife after honking and being hostile at the atm. I called the manager and told her what happened she apologized sincerely and explained that they have had a lot of issues with fraud at the atm lately. I called 911 and got the usual run around do you want us to send police. I said the guy was already gone and I didn’t have enough information I didn’t want my name involved either. This all happened at the drive through atm where there are tellers servicing customers. I called the manager again today to see if they had any update. I was told there is nothing they can do unless I file a report. WHAT? I would think that the same rules would apply as if he was in the bank showing off a pistol but was told no. I asked if the other tellers saw what was going on first she said yes but didn’t see a gun. Then she back tracked and said they only heard the confrontation. I asked why they would not call 911 if an altercation was happening at their bank and she had the nerve to tell me we were busy helping other customers and it’s not their responsibility. Blows me away but if anyone visits the atm or teller lines at this bank make sure you have a way to protect yourself because apparently it’s not the responsibility of the bank to supply a safe place for their customers. Probably why the cross creek branch was closed because so many people were getting robbed and shot there. I just can’t believe the answers I received today I basically asked what have you guys done about this so far so when an elderly couple is put in the same position. Once again the BRANCH MANAGER stated not their responsibility and for me to not call them back. I filed a corporate and executive report last night and they already looked at the film and verified everything I said and what the bank employees didn’t. I’m just waiting for a response. I’m not looking to gain anything from this I just can’t believe the world today and how customer service basically doesn’t exist anymore. I just read the last review about the notary. I had an appointment and they told me they needed a notorized copy of my drivers license which I would have to make another appointment for even though I have banked with them since 2019 and all of my information was the same. They let me open the account and deposit money with no problem but couldn’t withdraw without additional information verifying my address and DL. Haven’t moved since 2013. I said can I email you a copy of a utility bill because all my stuff is paper less. I was told that they wouldn’t print it for me one page mind you and I would have to go to staples and make another appointment. Last I recall this is 2025 right?

    Came in to see a notary. Was immediately turned away, being told there is no notary available, because they were all with customers. Was denied the option to wait. Was directed down the block to the UPS store. Account holders come to their bank for notary because its free. If i wanted to go somewhere to pay, I would have done that to begin with. I was turned away by Mr. Kelsey. His behavior today was unprofessional and makes me no longer want to utilize this branch for my banking needs.

    This branch will not give me a withdrawal slip to take with me so I could have my business already filled out. The manger said August 3,2022 they couldn’t because it was a legal document. How is it legal document and there is no information on it until I put my information on it. That’s when it becomes a legal document. The manager said because of scammers. What can a scammer do with a blank paper with nothing on it and you sure can’t put in a teller machine. They have nasty attitudes at this bank.
