I waited at least 30 mins for some tall white guy and some Arab looking lady to scrutinize my documents. This is the worst bank experience in my life. I was treated like a thief fraudster and a crook. I've been through check screenings before for verification but never has it been this horrible. Even other customers were commenting to cheer me up as they observed how this ordeal was bothering me. Way over the top. Excessive. Time wasting embarrassing. Only for me thirty mins later to walk out with my cash. Def. Was not worth it..I'll never go to this branch again. Sharka A. Holmes
