At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I’ve been banking with Truist at this location for at least six years… it used to be a BB&T. The staff remembers me and is always pleasant to deal with. They go above and beyond for their patrons whenever needed. Standout employees (lately, there’s been several over the years) are Steve and Bri. Thanks for the great service and making us long time patrons feel like we belong. It’s like Cheers… “where everybody knows your name, and everybody’s glad you came “ 🤣🤣🤣

This is starting to be the worst banking experience, and it's not even 4 months in. They don't have a restroom for clients. Pin number doesn't work after physically having it set inside the branch. No proper mailer of why business credit etc was denied even after providing documentation requested.

So I star tree d a job 3 weeks ago and they pay bi-weekly so it was 3 weeks before getting a check. My first check was a paper check because they messed up with payroll but was fine because they printed me a paper check the day before pay day. I knew about banks putting holds on check etc… so I went to the app and read all the disclosures and policies and it clearly says that they will tell you if a hold is gonna be placed on a check before you deposit it. Well it did not. In fact it said that it was a standard deposit would be available the next business day which is today Friday 7/11/2025. This morning I noticed my money still hadn’t went in. So I login into the desktop version and not only was a hold on there but 7 days. If they would have just told me in the beginning, which they say they do before you deposit the money, I would have just went to the bank it was issued from. If I could give an half star, I would. Everyone doesn’t have money just laying around and literally live from check to check. I’m not sure how I’m gonna make it a week considering my gas light is on. I think I will be updating my direct deposit back to Wells Fargo which I was using and thought Truist might be a better bank but clearly I was mistaken.
