Sat waiting to see a representative over 2 hours. This is the main branch and they only had one person. 4-5 people waiting constantly. It also takes a long time to go through the line for a teller. This bank was better when it was BBT. The merg with Suntrust should not have happened. Very cold inside.

I didn’t mind waiting when 6 people were ahead. What I mind and took offense to is when Allen, who was already helping me, asked me to move to next teller so he could help lady that was behind me. The same lady that was talking while he was trying to help me. This behavior emphasizes why they get the low rating they have.

Rude! Branch on Monganton Rd. Fayetteville NC. They were taking customer calls on speaker phone were all customers can hear the conversation and personal info. Some of the tellers didn’t even speak and had attitudes. Did have one teller that was nice.

Wrote a post dated check. Date clearly written. Check was cashed before the date leaving my account in the negative. Check cleared . I called to resolve the issue. I was to blame for writing the check and date was not clear. I have no recourse but to give a review since I cannot get anyone on the phone outside of Fayetteville. Very unhappy with BB&T not only for allowing the check to be cashed but also for not being able to get a customer service person on the phone outside of Fayetteville. Now I am stuck for days with no money. Oh well

I have always had good customer service here. Going inside I tend to have to wait a while even when there is not too many people in line (2 or 3). Apart from that I have no real complaints.
