I really wanted to give it a 1star due to online services. My bank card wouldn't work, theytlhought it was fraud. I called and verified the transactions letting them know it was me. It happen again. By this time im highly upset. I go into the branch and Ms. Renee H. assisted me. She get 5 Stars. Excellent customer service, she went beyond to help because I was ready to withdraw all my funds
I gave 3 stars just for my overall experience over the phone and with the fraud department because they were no help

Renee up front has a serious attitude problem. I think i will consider banking elsewhere if i have to deal with such judgmental people at truist.

I am one of those customers that does everything online or through the atm. I never go in a branch unless I absolutely have to. This is my home branch where I opened my accounts. I came into this branch and asked a teller if there was a notary she said yes and take a seat. After waiting I found out there was none and was told to go to quik & ship where they charge. Came back about 2 months later for the same thing. This time the notary sitting in her office acted like I was bothering her. After she notarized my paper there was no thank you have a nice day. My husband came in to open a business account 10 minutes before they were closing and was told sorry but it’s too late. As a bank manager myself for over 10 years and a notary I never let anyone walk out of the bank that wanted to open an account. And I didn’t treat my notary customers like they were bothering me seeming this was a service to our loyal customers. Absolutely hate going inside this branch for anything.

Their Customer service help line is terrible. I just opened my account and haven’t had it for a week and my services are already getting ended do to lack of protection. Allowing a check I did not deposit to be put into my account. I let 3 employees know of this fraud activity. The lady that answered finally after sitting on hold for about an hour and a half was very rude she also had a very nasty attitude. I will never bank with this branch or any other branch associated with Bb&t EVER AGAIN.
