- MMmargaret montilusFeb 15, 20251.0Waited over 1 hour to find out that even though the bank is open, that the banker with the safety deposit box keys are present, and that I have my key, I was refused the ability to close it. Apparently since some Saturdays does not have certain employees working, it shuts down every Saturday. That would be a great thing to let your patrons know ahead of time. However, how could that happen when you no longer have a person to direct the patrons, you don't pick up the telephone to answer questions, and you certainly do not over exert yourself by saying "it's not me, it's the bank's rule. I derive a slight satisfaction at knowing that you are slowly ensuring your job's obsolescence.
