Shoutout to Antwon Johnson for his amazing customer service! He was extremely helpful and timely. Had to come back to sign paperwork and he recognized me as soon as I came in the door and was quick to help me get in and out!

Absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Mortgage sent via USAA with automatic bill pay, which they have cashed EVERY month by the 8th for the duration of my mortgage. NCSECU says they don't have it, but I have documentation from USAA that the check was sent on time as it always has been. Their brilliant solution is to charge me a $50 late fee while saying they aren't responsible for things getting lost in the mail. Obviously, they are not responsible for USPS error. But neither am I! Went round and round with Christian who eventually just left me on hold after I asked to speak with the branch manager. I can cancel the original check and issue a new one, or I can wire them the money--both of which cost me additional money in addition to the late fee they absolutely refuse to remove. And guess what? Turns out, the check was returned to USAA for invalid biller information...I'm sure somehow that will be my fault too even though that check has gone to the same exact address for over 2 years. Their own website says they have discretion to remove late fees with documentation, but the central call center say they will only do that if the local branch made an error. Wait a minute....I thought they were infallible and did everything right?! I can you one thing they didn't do right, and that was let me know they had an address change. What a bunch of crooks.

Kristen ask me for my name and reason for the visit then didn't sign me in. I was there an hour before he call me back. He seemed distracted and kept leaving the office. I wasn't pleased at all
